Pokhara Metropolis office to allot Rs 1 million for mayor's stroke treatment.

On 16 July, Mayor Man Bahadur GC, was taken to Kathmandu based Neuro Hospital after being diagnosed with brain haemorrhage.

The Metropolitan city office, during the 51st municipality executive meeting held today, made a resolute decision to disburse Rs 1 million from Disaster Management Fund wherin the contributary amount will be utilised in the ministration of Mayor Man Bahadur GC, informed Dhan Bahadur Nepali, the metropolis spokesperson.

GC,while complaining about his health,was admitted to Medi plus hospital at 4 am. Afterwards,being detected with a stroke at another hospital (Manipal Teaching Hospital) in Pokhara,he was airlifted to Kathmandu,the same day for his futher medication.
