On July 7,The principal,Bishwaraj Bastola,33, was held by District Police Office,Kaski after he had abused a 15-year-old female student of Okhledanda Bhumdhikot Secondary School, Pokhara Metropolitan City-22.

School is not only a place for the children to fetch education but in a way,a safe abode for them to discover their true self.But,what if that remains a once in a time story as lately the innocent lives have been experiencing some horrid things at the hands of some wolf behind the sheep's clothing.Not,eveyone is the same but it takes a few to tarnish that image thereby calling special attention to bring provisions wherein the illict activities can be monitored as well as strict implementation of laws regarding the matter.

The incident came to light when the survivor spoke about the 'real problem' amongst her family members as earlier she was diagnosed with mental distress.The parents,have not had imagined in their wildest dream,the reason behind the girl's trauma was in fact because she had been sexually harassed by her principal.A complaint was filed against the molester whereas on the previous day, the agitated kins of the school girl had beaten him black and blue such that he even got admitted at Gandaki Medical College.Since it involves a minor,we will be carrying out the investigation without invoking much details in the public,clarified DSP Subash Hamal,the spokesperson of District Police office,Kaski.
