Heavy rains alert in these regions.

Torrential rains with thunder and lightning is expected in Province's 1,2,Bagmati and Gandaki, today.Moreover,there is a possibility of very heavy rainstorms at one or two places of Province 1,Bagmati Province and Gandaki Province,as per Meteorological Forecasting Division(MFD).

The weather in the afternoon will remain normal to mostly cloudy nationwide.However,there will be light to moderate rainfall in most parts of Province's 1,2,Bagmati,Gandaki,Lumbini plus few places in Sudurpaschim Province and Karnali Province respectively.

Later tonight,MFD has predicted light to moderate raindrops at multiple locations of Province's 1,2,Bagmati,Gandaki,Lumbini and in certain areas of Karnali Province and Sudurpaschim Province respectively.Likewise, intense rainfall with thunderstorm is likely to occur in some spots of Province's 1,2,Bagmati and Gandaki respectively.
