Kaski district lockdown prolonged until June 14.

The Corona Control Committee under the District Administration Office, Kaski has issued the order to extend the lockdown until the midnight of June 14.

The decision was undertaken to break the chain of coronavirus because since today, in Kaski district, 19,217 people have been infected with the novel coronavirus with 318 death toll while in the Gandaki Province 44,741 active cases of COVID-19 and 723 fatalities have been reported.

Meanwhile, the vehicular movement is strictly prohibited except for emergency cases whereas the grocery shops are directed to operate in the morning from 5am to 9am and the dairy shops will function within the time slot of 5pm to 7pm. Only, the pharmaceutical shops are allowed to open for 24hours.
