Today,at the Gandaki Provincial Assembly, the budgetary principle was put forward by the Province Government Finance Minister in which the major priority was set for COVID-19 prevention plans and also on providing vaccine to all citizens across the province.

The Province Finance Minister, Kiran Gurung in front of the provincial chief Sita Poudel, has given out the financial plan for the fiscal year 2021-22 , whereupon the means and resources prioritising economic recovery and infrastructural development post the pandemic will function with full transparency and in a systematic manner.
Minister Gurung further said that,' Our main focus lies in the vaccine distribution to all our natives , besides that various programmes shall be initiated for poverty alleviation works, since our economy needs to be revived as it is largely affected during this second wave of Coronavirus thus we are ensuring various measures for the COVID-19 emergency response plan.'
