ISIS has claimed responsibility for twin suicide bombings that ripped through a busy market in Baghdad on Thursday, killing at least 32 people and wounding dozens

Officials said in what was the first massive bombing in years, harkening back to darker days of rampant millitant attacks. The terrorist group claimed responsibility for the attack through its Amaq news agency on its Telegram channel.
