Pokhara High Court announces verdict on Paul Shah's case.

A division bench of Pokhara High Court Judge Ujwal Shukla and Judge Shridhara Kumari Pudasani have taken a decision on the famous case.

In the rape case charged against the 32-year-old Shah by a 17-year-old minor, the Pokhara High Court has ordered to remand the actor in custody.Earlier, Shah had appealed to the High Court against the desicion imposed by the lower (district) court of Tanahu District Court who put him into judicial custody. Moreover, two complaints were filed against him where the District Police Office, Tanahu arrested him on February 27 and he has ever since remained in bars. On the other hand, at the Area Police Gaindakot, Nawalparasi, the similar case was charged against him.
