Pokhara local polls update.

At present, in the mayoral candidate, the candiate of Unified Socialist Party is maintaining the top position against candidates representing CPN-UML and RPP respectively.

Dhanraj Acharya has garnered a total of 40,434 votes while Krishna Thapa is standing in the second position with 37,174 votes followed by Shankar Kharal (4,582 votes) and independent candidate Khadkaraj Poudel is in the last position (2,613 votes). On the other hand, in the deputy mayoral post, UML candidate Manju Gurung is overpowering NC candidate Kopila Bhattarai where the former has received 42,316 votes and the latter has got 40,704 votes respectively.
