Pokhara metropolis mayoral candidate of CPN-Unified Socialist is overuling.

To secure the post of Pokhara Metropolitan City Mayor, Dhanraj Acharya, representing the CPN-Unified Socialist has so far got 4,848 votes followed by CPN-UML candidate , Krishna Bahadur Thapa with 4,352 votes.

The result was declared based on the votes (12,097) which were counted till 4.30 pm. Similarly, candidate's like Shankar Khanal (RPP) and Khadkaraj Poudel (independent) are standing in third and fourth position for the mayor post. In addition to this, for the post of deputy mayor, NC candidate from the alliance Kopila Ranabhat has ruled over UML's Manju Gurung where the former has got 4,933 votes while the latter has received 4,938 votes.
