Calibaration flight delayed at Gautam Buddha International Airport.

Due to a number of reasons, the calibration flight which was supposed to take place within a month after the Civil Aviation Authority of Nepal (CAAN) first gave permission to a Thai based company called, AEROTHAI to conduct the flight and was about to happen on November 22 is now pushed by the last week of January.

The foremost cause of the delay as shared by the officials was that, some foreign technicians have not yet arrived in the country and besides that, there has been some internal issues regarding the generation of electricity at the airport. However, after we have resolved all the problems and inspected all the machines, we are all set to conduct the mechanical test flight in one month and a half.
