Mustang to host MAS2022.

In order to raise a conscious effort towards informing and awaring the masses about climate change and its adverse impact in the mountain regions, the Mountain Advocacy Summit Unlocking Mountain Potentials: Connecting the Dots for Sustainable Planet (MAS2022) will be held in Mustang from March 13-14 of 2022.

The organizers of the conference are Karnali Integrated Rural Development and Research Centre, the International Forum for Food Security and Climate Justice, the Mountain Foundation Nepal, among others who are more than eager to launch this event as they want to relay the information on finding solutions to protect biodiversity found in these places, further lead discission with the concerned ones regarding the climate change impact in the mountainous areas and the challenges faced by the people there and have appealed for the cooperation and partnership of all the stakeholders.
