Shukraraj Sharma wins NC chair in Gandaki.

The result of the Nepali Congress Provincial Committee - Gandaki Province election which was held on Saturday is out wherein the representative of Ram Chandra Poudel faction has dominated the faction of Sher Bahadur Deuba as the chair of the committee.

Shukraraj Sharma(Kaski) has won the presidency of the NC Gandaki Province Committee by a majority of 612 votes. Meanwhile Sharma's opponent Arjun Prasad Joshi lost the candidacy by merely 84 votes.Likewise, the post of the other winning candidates include; Kalpana Tiwari(Syangja) and Mekhlal Shrestha(Syangja) as the vice - presidents, Kiran Babu Shrestha(Gorkha)and Bishnu Bahadur Lamichhane(Nawalpur) as general secretaries and lastly the assistant joint secretaries are Ramesh Kumar Pandey(Lamjung), Ram Chandra Joshi(Parbat)and Kopila Ranabhat(Kaski) respectively.
