Authorities in Mustang impose restricted entry for tourists over the new variant of Covid-19.

In response to protect against the another variant of Covid-19 virus 'Omicron', the District Covid-19 Management Committee alongside the District Administration Office, Mustang have imposed restricted entry in the district beginning from December 1 to the midnight of 15 December.

As per the new provision, the incoming tourists need to submit a mandatory negative PCR test or antigen report taken within 7 days and 72 hours respectively and if they fail to do so , then they are likely to be forbidden from entering the district.The travellers also need to show proof of full vaccination.Meanwhile, the rule will not be applicable to the locals who already have taken full does of Covid-19 vaccine.
