Wai-Wai U-19, Gandaki Province Regional Selection Tournament kicks off in Pokhara.

In this six-day regional cricket tournament , the four teams representing Kaski, Nawalpur, Syangja and Tanahu will be seen playing against each other at Pokhara stadium.

Moreover, during the first day of the cricket match played between the teams of Kaski and Syangja, yesterday, the former has beaten the latter by three wickets.The players from Syangja while being all-out made a score of 132 runs in 38 overs while on the other hand, Kaski won the match even though it had lost seven wickets in 30overs. Despite the victory, the Kaski team members however couldn't maintain the winning streak as today they lost the game against Nawalpur by 1 wicket only. Chasing the target of 137 runs, Nawalpur lost 9 wickets in 39.5 overs against Kaski who had scored 136 runs and lost all its wickets in 40 overs.
