The administration body representing the Beni hospital who had spoken to RSS confirmed that they needed 18 health care workers constituting of doctors(6) and staff nurses(12) respectively.

The newly upgraded 64 bedded hospital which previously had 50 bed capacity has been struggling to provide services due to insufficient number of staffs as well as owing to the lack of infrastructures. At present, the hospital runs through contract to hire provision and also have been using temporary structure on different locations to operate many health care facilities such as Covid-19 ward, pediatric unit, dialysis centre and the ICU. Meanwhile, a medical personnel working here gave an insight to RSS and further revealed that against an allocated list of 123 staff members, 15 of them have been hired on this hospital, so far. Despite that, they have been doing an enormous amount of work so as to cover the workload for that required number of human resource.
