Gamblers from Kaski held along with seized cash.

As many as 11 gamblers were arrested from a hotel in Tatopani,Machhapuchchhre Rural Municipality-2, today.

In view of the festive season of Tihar, the season of gambling also seems to have begun across Nepal.With the recent incident in Kaski district surely tells this story as this morning at around 4, the police based on a tip-off raided the Tatopani Inn Hotel which actually was a gambling den for the offenders who were found to have been playing dices along with Rs 15,24,70 worth cash price. The police then immediately took them in custody. Similarly in the neighbouring district of Tanahu, yesterday 29 gamblers were held from a house in Shuklagandaki alongside confiscated amount of money which was about Rs 9 lakh.
