A Foreign Paedophile Nabbed In Pokhara.

Acting upon a tip-off, the District Police Office, Kaski on October 23 held a 40-year-old Robert Kinkley in their custody as he was found to be involved in sexually harassing three minor boys.

At 1.30pm in the afternoon,Kinkley was arrested from Lakeside, Pokhara Metropolitan City-6. According to sources, he used to exploit young children by either forcing himself onto them or luring them in the name of giving them some valuable things. The culprit is being investigated where we also nabbed his belongings such as laptop, passport, among other items in order to collect evidence against him, informed DPO, Kaski.
