Construction of Pushapalal Highway along Kaski west section is putting on finishing touches

Noted as one of the leading national project of Nepal, the Mid-Hill Highway also known as Pushapalal Highway is on the verge of completion as the section along Yamdi to Ghattekhola which comes under the Kaski West area of the Highway is reaching nearer to the finish line.

The project which resumed at a slow pace owing to the pandemic and some technical shortcomings now sees a new beginning as according to the project officials about 95% of the construction work and the installation of asphalt blacktop along the 12 km long stretch of Pokhara- Baglung area has been completed. Besides that, all the necessary processes including the road marking among others is in progress.However, the black topping along the two km road from Fedi to Ghattekhola is only left out.
