PM Deuba joins in the celebration of Gandaki Province.

Speaking at the Literate Gandaki Province Declaration Programme conducted by the provincial government held in Pokhara, the Prime Minister of Nepal has shared his views on this occasion regarding the implementation of various literacy programmes to ensure that everyone has an equal access and opportunity to grow.

PM Sher Bahadur Deuba was seen publicly acknowledging the people across Gandaki Province on knowing that the province with 96.57% literacy rate has been declared as the literate state.He even said that, the Constitution of Nepal also guarantees the right of education for everyone and therefore its important to implement various activities for its overall development and has encouraged the concerned authorities to organise such activities that promotes the culture of effective learning while including timely data to monitor the number of literate and illiterate population such that the budget should also not miss to prioritize this sector, too.
