Bajaj Pulsar EPL 2021: Chitwan Tigers win the coveted title.

Chitwan Tigers have won the coveted EPL trophy by 4 wickets in the final match on Saturday. In fact, they had won the toss and chose to bowl against Pokhara Rhinos.

In this latest edition of the Everest Premier League, the two finalists namely Chitwan Tigers and Pokhara Rhinos who didn't have a successful run in the previous season, but this time around they actually faced each other for the finals at the TU cricket ground, Kritipur. The latter team, after battling first had scored 111 runs and in the 17.5 overs were all out. They had set a target of 112 runs for Chitwan Tigers who even after losing six wickets were able to reach that number in 15.5 overs.Meanwhile, the top scorers were Bhim Sarki(Chitwan Tigers, 63 from 45) , Asela Gunaratne(Pokhara Rhinos, 34) and Chitwan Tigers bowler Kamal Singh Airee took four wickets.
