Gandaki University to conduct classes from Oct 3.

In yesterday's induction and orientation program organised by Gandaki University(GU) has announced that they would be conducting classes for their first batch students from this Sunday.

The program was held for newly admitted students in the two undergraduate studies of Sports Management and Information Technology. The University which was established some two year's ago has enrolled 31, 16, 20 bachelor students in Information Technology, Sports Management and Pharmacy respectively. On the occasion, Dr. Dinesh Chandra Devkota, the chairperson of university judicial council , Prof. Dr. Nabaraj Devkota, the vice-chancellor of Gandaki University and Dr. Damodar Regmi, the chief secretary of Gandaki Province, agreed that the university would be able to produce efficient manpower who are competent in all areas and as per international standards. Similarly, the Bachelors in Sports Management, being one of its kind degree in the country was customised as to explore its potentiality, assemble well qualified human resources who will thrive in a province like Gandaki. The officials even shared their future plans of incorporating foreign students from world famous universities in USA and England via written agreement.
