Gandaki and Province 2 signs inter-province MoU.

The inter-province Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was signed between Sanjay Kant Sigdel and Mohan Prasad Sharma, where the former is the chairperson of Nepal Association of Tour and Travel Agents, Gandaki Province while the latter represents Province 2.

Pokhara

The MoU reads about collaboration,from identifying tourist spots and other areas to promoting them and giving a continuance to the direct flight services along the two province's as well as permitting the route along Janakpur- Pokhara to extend as a topmost priority for coming days. The document also highlights that theirs a wider range of scope for adventure tourism, further facilitate the cultural, religious and archaeological exchanges between both provinces and lastly initiating religious touristic path from the Janaki temple in Janakpur to Muktinath in Mustang through the Triveni Dham. Meanwhile, the paperwork was signed in the presence of CM Lal Babu Raut of Province 2 and CM Krishna Chandra Nepali Pokhrel of Gandaki Province respectively.
