Smooth communication across Upper Mustang has flourished now because of the presence of high speed strong internet.

Due to the upgrade in the bandwidth of Internet, the residents of Lomanthang, Muktinath, Damodarkunda, among others can now fully enjoy the services associated with it and certainly ended their long hassel of going to the district headquarter- Jomson as whenever they wanted to use Internet nor have to search any place near mobile tower for conversation,any longer.As the Rastriya Samachar Samiti reports that,'The state owned Nepal Telecom has expanded its Internet service in Thasang, Gharpajhong and others through wire and fibre connectivity whereas 3G services has also been operated from Muktinath to Korala border checkpoint '.
