As it stands,Buddha Air's first flight operation along Pokhara-Nepalgunj route has started, where a flight left Pokhara Regional Airport at 9.10 am to the airport in Nepalgunj.

One of the leading airline company, Budha Air's much-awaited plan has fallen in place as the company has begun its direct flights along Pokhara-Nepalgunj route from today.The preparation for operating the flights which was presumed to start in May 1 but owing to the restriction order,they had to postpone,until this day.

In the beginning,there will be weekly three flights on every Sundays, Wednesdays and Fridays whereupon a Beechcraft 1900 D aircraft will fly along the two cities.The one-way ticket has been priced at Rs 4,935, Rs 5,535 and Rs 7,635 respectively, informed Gautam Baral,the station manager of Buddha Air in Pokhara.Similarly, our 18-seater aircraft landed at Nepalgunj Airport on Sunday from Pokhara and again took off at 10am from there,added Baral.
