Interim Order of Supreme Court in favor of dismissed MP Krishna Thapa.

After being sacked,as a GandakiProvince assembly member, Krishna Thapa, from Rastriya Janamorcha Party had filed a writ petition at the Supreme Court.

As per, a single bench of Justice Dr.Kumar Chudal's decision, The Supreme Court has issued an interim order on Sunday for the reinstatement of Krishna Thapa, as the lawmaker of Gandaki Province Assembly. The verdict is ,to not remove MP Thapa until the final pronouncement on the petition comes out. Also, to avoid the loss of amenities brought by Thapa's vacant seat in the assembly, resulted in this judgement.

Earlier, on last Friday,Thapa had filed a writ petition at the court,revealing his expulsion from his role as a parliamentary leader due to his objection in the formation of the Nepali Congress led new government . However, Janamorcha Party pointed out that,Thapa was ousted because of his negligence towards the party's announced decree.
