At the same time, the public is genuinely happy with the maintenance work because of the cracks and potholes on the pavement have triggered many problems like deterioration of fuel efficiency, congestion, traffic accidents, among others. A local,Binod Shrestha shares that, with the upgraded roads its much more safer to ride while reducing the consumption of excess gasoline. Another, resident Hari Pun of  Bijaypur was looking forward to the patch work restoration in the Rakhi-Mijure section since with such initiation, the tourism sector in that area will foster as the road condition is nowhere good here, such that people are hesitant to explore this side.
