Bandipur witnesses spike in tourist arrival.

At the recent Bandipur Street Festival, around 50,000 tourists visited the famous touristic spot.

The three day festival which was organized to mark Nepalese new year saw the arrival of large number of visitors who were largely seen enjoying the scenic beauty of Bandipur as well as were mesmerized by the various cultural and folk dance performances at the festival. Moreover, the festival which started from April 13 brought around 2,000 tourists who stayed at the available accomodations including the hotels during the three day event.This kind of activities were taken into positive account by the tourist entrepreneurs since the tourism industry was majorly put on a standstill because of the pandemic but now seems to be back on track with the less number of infection cases.
