Bhanubhakta Zoological Garden to carry out bird census.

On the ocassion of Wildlife Week, the zoo located in Vyas municipality of Tanahu district is going to record the number of bird species found there.

The Bhanubhakta Zoological Garden has so far counted 185 species of birds found in the forest area of the (zoo) garden. Moreover, the zoological garden spreads over an area of 425 hectares and includes around 13 forests area. The wildlife week will run for a week and will likely exhibit other conservation programs and have started the event since yesterday with the social message of "Human Wildlife Co-Existence : Our Common Responsibility".
