20th edition of Nepal Open Paragliding Championship kicks off in Pokhara.

The annual competition which was postponed because of the pandemic has begun in the tourism city Pokhara with 77 participants.

The event organized by Nepal Airsports Association was inaugurated by Gandaki Province Assembly Member Rajiv Pahari. Paragliding has been instrumental in promoting the tourism of Pokhara and this competition is likely to bring a number of enthusiasts. Moreover, Nepal Tourism Board Gandaki Province alongside paragliding entrepreneurs association like Nepal Paragliding Pilot cub among other clubs have shown support for this tournament.
