Landless squatters in Kaski permitted to seek application.

Apart from part from Kaski, Tanahu, Nawalparasi /Bardaghat Susta East and Baglung district of Gandaki Province, the stated representatives of other 41 districts across 159 local levels of the country can now seek the application from their particular local level only.

As approved by the National Land Commission, the designated representatives who are the landless squatters residing in the unmanaged settlements as well as from Dalit community representing the following provinces could resolve their problems related to land ownership (property) and so forth through their filed applications.

Lumbini Province : (Palpa, Rupandehi, Nawalparasi/ Bardaghat Susta West, Banke, Dang, Bardiya, Gulmi, Argakhanchi and Kapilvastu).

Province 1: (Sunsari, Taplejung, Jhapa, Morang, Terhathum, Panchthar, Dhankuta and Bhojpur).

Bagmati Province : (Lalitpur, Chitwan, Makwanpur, Nuwakot, Dhading and Sindhuli).

Sudurpaschim Province : (Kailali, Baitadi, Kanchanpur and Dadeldhura).

Karnali Province : (Surkhet, Salyan and Rukum West).

Madhesi Province : (Mahottari, Rautahat, Parsa, Sarlahi, Bara, Dhanusha and Siraha).
