Nepali House Private Limited is all set to the launch the residency project based in Bandipur, Tanahu with an estimated budget of Rs 180 million.

Around 10 houses are going to be constructed across seven ropani land with a price range from Rs 13 million towards the higher range of Rs 18 million. Meanwhile, the construction company is quite certain that the residential building would appeal to the buyers since the two-storey building would highlight the rich heritage of Nepal in its architecture as well as will be equipped with all the necessary modern amenities so the housing structures could be utilized for homes stay, too. Moreover, the project is anticipated to be finished within next year's mid-April while the initial measure of land plotting and levelling is ongoing.
