    Police on Monday arrested a young man on the charge of raping a girl with disabilities.

    The arrestee has been identified as Surendra Rishidev, 22, a resident of Sunbarshi Municipality-7 in Morang district.

    Rishidev has been accused of raping a 17-year girl with physical and speech disabilities on Wednesday, last week. 

    According to DSP Manjeel Mukarung, the accused raped the girl after finding her alone at her home.
