Archery competition held in Pokhara.

Gandaki Province Open Men's Archery Competition has officially begun in Pokhara Stadium Archery Ground wherein the best players will get this opportunity to represent the province as an archery participant at the nineth edition of National Sports Competition.

Inaugurating the tournament which was organized by Kaski District Archery Association, the Ministry of Youth and Sports, Rajiv Gurung among other people were present in the archery ground. During the first stage of the competition held yesterday, about thirty-two new players were selected from the knockout round and sixty-four from the ranking round. Similarly, the remaining best four players out of the selected players from the next round will be placed in a closed training camp for the National Sports Competition. Meanwhile,those representing the tournament come from districts like Kaski, Myagdi, Baglung, Mustang, Manang, Parbat.
