Palpa bus accident.

A tragedy has struck for the passengers who were travelling on a bus from Ridi to Butwal as the vehicle fell down 60 m down the roadway at Laghuwa, Ribdikot Rural Municipality-2.

In today's tragic bus accident, at least six people have lost their lives and the remaining people who had sustained serious injuries were taken at the hospitals for treatment. Similarly, the deceased aged between 25-40 years were residents of Butwal Sub-Metropolitan City -11, 17 and Malrani Rural Municipality-2. As per sources, all those passengers were participating in the funeral procession of Bir Bahadur BK whose dead body was being carried down in the bus.
