Rapper Laure remanded in police custody for 8 days more.

Aashish Rana (Laure) alongside other three people who were arrested by the District Police Office, Kaski on last Wednesday on connection with the consumption of brown sugar have been remanded in police custody for eight days by the District Court, Kaski.

The district police who have been given the set time period in order to carry out the further investigation have further revealed the name of the other arrested people as they have been identified as Dhruva Bahadur Thapa, 39, Nabin Kumar Gurung, 30, Sushmita Gurung, 22. As per DSP Sundar Tiwari, the spokesperson of the Kaski police, they had found 0.51 grams of brown sugar hidden inside the clothes of Nabin Gurung while another 12.50 grams of brown sugar from Sushmita's residence located at Sabagriha Chowk, Pokhara.The police also recovered a digital weighing machine, cash worth Rs 38,350 , 5 mobile sets, among other items from their possession.
