In yesterday's final match held in Pokhara, home team Sports Castle gave Sankhamul Futsal Club a 4-2 defeat in one of the first ever A Division National Futsal League.

The tournament which had begun since September 18 with ten clubs representing seven provinces came to an end yesterday when the two teams reached in the finals of the first edition of the futsal league wherein the winners received a cash price of Rs 1 million while the runner-up got Rs 5 lakh. Meanwhile,Sports Castle emerged out as the ultimate winners after its player Kishor Gurung was the highest scorer (3) and another member was Vijay Gurung(1) while from the Sankhamul side, Laxman Thapa Magar and Mani Lama garnered one goal each.
